  • Kincaid Gardens, Inc. expressly provides a limited, 6 month warranty for its plant markers. The warranty period commences upon the date of sale or shipment to customer, whichever date is later. The product is only warranted for its intended use as a plant labeling device, and Kincaid Gardens, Inc. will have no further warranty obligation if the product is subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident or if purchaser uses the product in any manner not expressly described herein. DISCLAIMER OF UNSTATED WARRANTIES. THE WARRANTY PRINTED ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THIS PURCHASE.
